A Full Open House
The Open House was so full that it had to move to a temporary tent. The broad group was from tech companies, government authorities, water- and energy companies, farmers to scientists. The morning began with a presentation on carbon sequestration, plant growth, effect of biochar, to follow up the effect of biochar in steel manufacturing, replacing traditional coal.

The Day was packed and ended around 4 pm with some networking. We had some good finance discussions with people we didn’t have time to talk with during the day, and on the way to Edinburg which was a problem in itself, I had time to discuss British Energy with the Project leader who has led the Project between the various Universities that has been involved. It was a very interesting discussion and once more, thanks for the coffee and sandwich, it helped in the cold British weather.
